AMSA-SWW APPLICATION LINK

The School Without Walls – American Medical Student Association (AMSA) program is for students interested in entering a medical profession (doctor, nurse, physical therapist, researcher, public health policy maker, psychologist, physical therapist, health professional, etc.) who wish to pursue independent research projects as part of their high school careers.

The program would provide training, funding, and mentoring for students interested in pursuing medical and/or health-related careers.

Students would participate in a weekend conference hosted by AMSA in fall 2010, have weekly meetings, and team together to work on science fair projects guided by working scientist mentors. The program would require approximately 10 hours per week of students’ time.

The deadline to apply is TUESDAY, JUNE 1st at 11:59pm.

For more information or for any questions, contact Ms. Bergman at biowithoutwalls@gmail.com.
